The Trial of Derek Chauvin and the killing of George Floyd Old Cytube Admin 03/29/2021 (Mon) 13:41:51 No. 1331469 [Reply] [Last]
Today is the first day of the Trial. It begins at 9am CST. Jury Selection took 12 days. 12/12 Jurors selected. (7 women, 5 men) 3/3 Alternate Jurors Selected. (2 women, 1 man) 131 Potential Jurors were reviewed. Some dismissed before being reviewed in court. Many reviewed in court. On March 17th, 2 other previously selected jurors were dismissed due to settlement news. Supreme Court has allowed conviction for BOTH 2nd and 3rd degree murder. Also a conviction for 2nd degree Manslaughter is on the table. Judge blocked motions from the defense on delays or relocation. Also ruled in favor of the state on a previous arrest in May 2019. Floyd Family was given a settlement of 27 million dollars which will be paid by the taxpayers of Minneapolis. The male alternative juror is the 15th juror. If all of the 14 previous jurors show up? Then he will be dismissed (He's pro-cop but passed for for cause.) If not? He's an alternate. Official Swearing In and Opening Statements is planned for Day 1.

Why have we not heard anything in this trial about Floyd and Chauvin each other beforehand? I would have thought that their previous relationship would have been a big part of the trial.
>>1333024 Day 22 is about to begin https://cytu.be/r/bunkerchantemp and click the happenings link.
>>1333132 The defense hasn't started yet its been the prosecution this whole time. If they had a relationship before hand it would most likely make Chauvin more personable, not good for the persecution
>>1332512 anyone got the video of witness 22 or her name?
Day 23 begins Monday at 9:30 for the jury. Motions in the morning. Could be at 9am~9:15am for the 11th day of the trial. >Witness 34 is a forensics pathologist and the former Medical Examiner of the Minneapolis. She is now a consultant. >Witness 34 explained how forensic methods work and what they can determine and not determine. >Witness 34 came to the same conclusions as the regular medical examiner. She believes while George Floyd had drugs in his system and a concerning level of heart disease, he wouldn't have died unless that incident would have happened that day. >Witness 34 also mentioned the facts that yesterday's witness 31 (God of Breathing. Irish doctor) brought up with Geroge's body attempting to breath >Nelson (defense consul) cross examined Witness 34 and they got to the topic of how the prone position isn't dangerous by itself. He got extremely out of context and he brought up sitting on a church bench with a baseball underneath someone's butt. >Nelson tried to sneak in a fact about how Canada's police force have never had any deaths involving the prone position in 2020. Witness 34 sarcastically told off Nelson so badly he had to object her answer as an unresponsive answer. Judge sustained. >Witness 34's quote: "Isn't that A-Mazing when you consider that virtually every forensic pathologist in the US has probably had an officer involved death like this? How did they? IT honestly baffles me.Which is why I kept mentioning Canada because I don't know what they do differently." In a very sarcastic response. >After that quote Nelson stopped mentioning Canada statistics and Witness 34 pretty much just checked out of the tesitmony. >Prosecution had a great rebuttal all of Nelson's points and Nelson really couldn't establish many of his points he made during his cross examination. >Witness 35 was the actual medical examiner of Minneapolis for this case and examined George Floyd's body. >Witness 35 explained everything including George Floyd's heart condition which was in poor condition but clearly wasn't the reason he died. >Witness 35 essentially explained that despite the heart condition, drugs and his condition. If Law Enforcement wasn't involved on that day. George Floyd would be alive. >Witness 35 was an extremely strong and focused witness with the cross examination. Nelson during the first half of the cross examination was really shut down completely because he was redirected by the Examiner that different questions weren't his field. >Nelson couldn't gain traction until he brought up George's heart condition. Nelson did finally gather himself and had a good finish of the cross examination. >However the prosecution had a great rebuttal once again and shut down Nelson's attempts to make George Floyd's heart the main point when it in fact the main point is that Derek Chauvin and other officers were the cause of death. >The examiner declared that none of his findings and his assessment would change. George Floyd's death was a homicide from the medical point of view and nothing could change that.

>>1332811 Day 22 resumes tomorrow at 9:15am. Could be motions at 8:30am. 10th day of the trial. >Witness 31 is one of the world's leading scientists and doctors of breathing. His works and textbook are the core foundations of the last 46 years of method and understanding of breathing. >Witness 31 basically gave us a lecture with lots of visual aids to keep the jury engaged and broke down the completely situation where we learned more about George Floyd's actions as he died from lack of oxygen. >Witness 31 is essentially the god of breathing. He is world renowned and there is currently no one more knowledgeable about breathing. He completely proved why Officer Chauvin is guilty and even opens the door for Officer King getting convicted. >Witness 31 explained that George Floyd turning his neck, lifting his shoulder and his hand and fingers were his body making last desperations of attempting to breathe. >Witness 31 proved there were no signs of drugs being the cause of his death. He broke it down completely. >Witness 31 also completely explained with mathematics and physics that George died from lack of oxygen as well. >Witness 31 despite being one of the world's best experts in breathing didn't asked to be paid for his testimony and research on this case. >Witness 31 is an Irish man that practices, researches and teaches in Chicago. He was also involved with covid-19 treatments in Chicago. Pretty based Irish man. Protect him. >Witness 32 is an outsider source forensic toxicology scientist. >Witness 32 did find drugs in George Floyd's system however the levels of the drugs were below average per people who are either dead while with drugs in their system (not all are overdose cases.) or arrest for DUI of opiates. >Witness 32 explained his process of how they do their reports and testings. >Witness 33 is a police surgeon, Viagra prescriber (Dead ass), and a living forensics doctor. He has tons of past experience in forsensics, emergency rooms, and other trauma centers. >Witness 33 is from Louisville, KY. We might see him when the federal case involving Breeona Taylor's boyfriend begins. He is also part editor of 4 textbooks for forensics, strangulation and pathology for living patients. >Witness 33 has enough experience dealing with users of drugs that he can make a determination of someone who is a regular or chronic user of drugs and alcohol. >Witness 33 declared that despite all the drugs in Floyd's system he mention almost exactly the points that the 31st Witness mentioned including the hand and finger movements that George Floyd died due to a lack of oxygen.

>>1333085 >give me something that isn't pure opinion then <Although “youth culture” as a concept was unheard of until Talcott Parsons published “Age and Sex in the Social Structure of the United States” and has only existed in its present form since the advent of the teenager in the mid-twentieth century, <Although teenagers have always existed, the word—and concept as we now understand it—did not. <The word “teenager” originated in 1944 when advertisers and manufacturers found themselves looking for a term to describe what was becoming a promising demographic with newfound financial freedom. Young peoples’ visible spending power coincided with the conceptualization of the teenage years as its own stage of life with its own rituals, rights, and demands. Paradoxically, the word “teenager” found usage because young people began demanding a greater degree of independence while the definition of youth culture as a prospective mass market engaged consumerism to subdue potentially rebellious young people by diverting their disruptive tendencies. <The word “teenager” was formed from the modified version of “ten” that has been added to the numerals 3 to 9 to describe the numbers 13 to 19, and the suffix “teen” had a long history of usage separate from the word “teenager.” It appeared perhaps most notably in G. Stanley Hall’s Adolescence, the first study of youth to propose an age-based definition. “Teenage” found usage regularly alongside “teen” after the mid-1930s, but it was often hyphenated as “teen-age,” a much more literal form of the same word. Attempts to promote clunky derivations of the word, such as “teener” and “teenster” failed where “teenager” eventually succeeded. http://program.dh.ucla.edu/dh101/2014/dhsubcultures/omeka/dhsubcultures.com/omeka/exhibits/show/youth-subculture/conclusion.html

The fact is, in terms of harm to women, incels are THE LEAST DANGEROUS GROUP. Because they don't even interact with women! I see all this crying online by reddit gooks and soyfaggots about "incels this incels that", like they're the CAUSE of misogony. The people who harm women THE MOST are those who are most successful with women. IRONIC RIGHT?????????????????????????????

So, to clarify, over the past 10 years the left did... what, exactly? and the right: -Painted financial oligarchs as pedophiles -Stormed congress and made politicians literally shake in fear -Transferred money from hedgefunds to people using mobile apps Do you think the epic left wing strategy of: 1. Call people fascists 2. Rationalise antisocial behaviour as liberatory 3. ??? 4. Socialism is working?

>>1325486 >they secret promote it in schools, its on the TV, its in church, it's literally everywhere with all its values being reinforced constantly throughout the day! all the time. How fucking delusional. Liberals outnumber conservatives in academia by a ratio of like 20:1. How the actual fuck do BLM-tier liberal teachers indoctrinate their students into voting for the GOP? >>1325529 >I doubt the ruling class cares if rightoids shoot up a bunch of people. The ruling class STILL talks about charlottsvile and the destruction caused BLM has been memoryholed.
>>1325478 The past 10 or so years the "left" had been engaged in continuing the early 2000s legalising marijuana (and as a catalyst to legalising other drugs too). Partly as GenX partied the hardest out of all the generations and could bounce from being a party freak to getting a well paying job in any industry and make up for lost time (before the dot com crash and somewhat pre-2007/2008); Partly as the political, social and economic climate was quite satisfactory and people sought legalising drugs as a main issue. Once people objected to legalising drugs the movement changed their issue to something like "freedom of expression" - accepting people's quirks and idiosyncrasies. They wagered on the gay and lesbian community (known as LGBTQ+ in recent times) as catalysts for said "freedom of expression". If the gay and lesbian community could be accepted for their quirks and idiosyncrasies the surely everyone else's would be too and began draw many kinds of people accordingly being interested in this. There was also a Timothy Leary (who was aggrandised by the illuminati fraternity and marketed him to hippies and beatniks) aspect to it too as he had advocated drugs as a kind of "food for the brain" and that embracing LGBTQ+ would culminate a golden age and high civilisation. Of course, many would be captivated by a golden age and high civilisation so they let it continue. Socialists, Communists and Anarchists at the time co-mingled with liberals (in retrospect they were very likely involved in advocating for that wave on the whole) and noticed the "freedom of expression" wave. They co-mingled as they could speak academically to each other (at times being colleagues at a campus, sometimes letting liberals print their articles in socialist papers for instance) them and noticing the wave the Socialists, Communists and Anarchists considered that their relatively quirky and idiosyncratic theories would be accepted. The Socialists, Communists and Anarchists refrained from critiquing liberals as to preserve their friendships, workplaces and even reputation (from being denounced as a Nazi and reiterating McCartyite arguements). In addition, it was their opportunity to gain numbers. Eventually gay and lesbian marriage secular marriage has been approved, marijuana has been semi-legalised and a gerrymandered set of quirks and idiosyncratic has been accepted yet there wasnt a golden age, no high civilisation and no swaths of people joining the socialists, communists and anarchists. Instead the socialists et al were resented obliviously for their co-mingling with liberals despite the warnings that Lenin in his writings on the Liberal intelligentsia The Bourgeois Intelligentsia’s Methods of Struggle Against the Workers https://www.marxists.org/archive/lenin/works/1914/jun/x01.htm Gorbachev and his blantant liberal reforms were considered a great act in Europe and North America and the socialists et al accepted that in kind. The narrative in Europe and North America was that Gorbachev was failed by declining USSR - a too little, too late attitude. It was perhaps at this time that European and North American socialists and communists began to co-mingle with liberals whilst placing their hopes on China (as did they workers of the world) which has been proven to be a significant disappointment considering the unfolding of events. It was rather tragic that the people's parties, their members and advocated had become resented obliviously by the people for their apologetics of liberals and their ilk. The recent surge of $15 minimum wage, universal healthcare, universal education, student debt jubilee, a new New Deal, unionisation rights and UBI can be corrective measures to right the wrongs.
>>1325478 >the right: >Painted financial oligarchs as pedophiles The leaders of the right were literally raping underage girls on Epstein's Island (Alan Dershowitz, Trump himself, etc.) together with liberal leaders (Clinton etc.). There's a podcast about the Epstein case. The podcast is called TrueAnon and one of the hosts is a communist (dunno about the other one). A few French "intellectuals" aside, an interest in fucking kids is far more prevalent on the right than on the left and you know that. All church institutions in Europe are more right-wing than the population at large and they have been diddling kids all the time. And once more I'll say: You know that. This knowledge is common. You are just lying to yourself. >stormed congress Accomplished nothing except making Trump look even worse. The last things that happen while in office matter for how you will be remembered. It was a final moment of Trumpists having a collective shart. >the left: >rationalise antisocial behaviour as liberatory Who is trivializing health risks from second-smoke? Who is trivializing pollution? Who is going without mask just because they feel like it? How isn't that antisocial behavior? Why are you lying like that. It isn't even clever lies. It's just: "Look at mee! Look at me saying stupid shit!" Maybe it's just an epic troll. The plan has three steps: 1. Be a rightwinger. 2. Say stupid shit on purpose that makes rightwingers look dumb. 3. Trolled! Now everybody thinks rightwingers are retarded. Real 3D Chess hours here.
>>1333141 >one of the hosts is a communist you mean a cia contra
>>1325516 >That was based but it also lasted a single day. BLM and radlibs and leftists kept protests and riots going for MONTHS. The worst part was that Trump was like "bros I'll be there with you" and just drove back to the White House. They got ultra cucked. Meanwhile, BLM radlibs stormed the White House and DC had to deploy the National Guard, Park Service, Erik Prince mercenaries, and a gorillion local police departments for it. It was extremely basado and only culture warrior faggots will willfully forget it in favor of MUH CAPITOL UPRISING

Is leftism just another survival mechanism of our industrial system? Anonymous 03/16/2021 (Tue) 23:24:31 No. 1329268 [Reply]
Every leftist revolution has either failed or been recuperated by the system itself. Leftists are not opposed to the industrial system and only seek to regulate it through the hands of a concentrated minority like in China. In fact, in most socialist countries, porkies have been allowed to continue operating as long as they don't deviate from the economic plan set forth by the people in power. The industrial system is simply too totalitarian to fail. Proles are no longer revolutionary, in fact they are the most ardent defenders of the system itself. They have become just another aspect of the system. True revolution can only come through mass annihilation. The system has reached a level of autonomy far greater than Marx had ever anticipated. It can be described as a merely an general AI powered by human labor. Communist parties of the past were simply regulating its power supply through the form of labor in order to prevent it from reaching extreme levels of destruction.

>>1329304 Lenin's NEP was a policy of letting people to somehow find their own food after the devastating war was over. Marxism is materialist, you have to understand the context of policies. NEP in a situation USSR was in after the civil war was acceptable, alienating peasantry by force-collectivizing them was not. Later, when situation became stable, not-collectivizing and supporting continuation of NEP and "kulaks in-growing into socialism", citing Lenin out of context, would be a revisionism

The reason why we have wars is because it's profitable to the ruling elite, this has always been the case and will always be the case. To think that human being were somehow different is to delude yourself and to presume that you are somehow above the system, which your kind has always thrived under. Don't presume that you are somehow better than the system just because you can see it and hate it. You're just another of its tools. The ills of the modern world are the result of too much freedom. The less freedom the individual has, the better. A strong ruler is a necessary evil in order to maintain order. A free society only results in chaos and destruction. You can enjoy your rights, but do not take them for granted. To do so is to be weak. That's all I have to say on the matter.
