Reformatted it so that it was easier to read and it looks more clean. Expanded on a few sections. Added some new sections, though some pages of them are yellow, to indicate its on the chopping block whether they will continue to be left. Created new cover. While cool looking, its kinda hard to see where the name is, so thats probably changing, but I thought a temp cover wouldn't hurt. I will say that those who are complaining it isn't funny, I didn't really focus on that, so it might again be eh. Give your insights on what you read. Give suggestions for any other topics that could be addressed.
Thank you

 No.18311

Ok, honest suggestion: tho whole thing is incedibly padded out and superficial. Not bad as far as advice goes, but there is no reason for it to be 40 page pdf. Distill the core points and turn the whole thing into an informative graphical poster. Or alternatively, if you want to stick with book format, go deeper and more specific. What exact fashion trends should I follow? What should my daily diet look like? Or workout plan? Ideally with reasoning and citations on why that is what you recommend (i.e. pursue lean athletic physique becuase studies x,y,z along with womens social media habits show that is what they are attracted to).

I was also thinking of cutting certain parts into pamphlets. Maybe make it easier to read, include graphs and all that. The basics might be able to be turned into an infographic
>What exact fashion trends should I follow?
I would say that is something that is not a good way of doing things because much like anything else, trends die, diets go away, people exclaim that actually cardio is superior to weights now. Stuff like that. Unless you study the quantifiable most consistent thing that can survive to the ages or simply just accept the fact that it will be outdated, I wouldn't want to begin to be very specific. Like I can give a good general diet and stuff, but theres always a possibility somene reads it in the future and says that its causing more harm than good. But it is food for thought

I'm the anon from the /isg/ thread, I think you should just ripoff atomic habits and rippetoe's starting strenght and some nutrition book or whatever and smudge them into a whole package, then add marx and lenin, i don't even know why are they here but add them. i mean the general idea is that you should read a book before writing one in the first place.

I should shouldn't I. I was also thinking of having some liver king/hellenic lifestyle bullshit. Just start talking about "The Soviet Way". Diet, regiment, the whole shebang.
> i mean the general idea is that you should read a book before writing one in the first place.
Anon, I need to be in the average author of these books mindset. So I can't read, I just have to write. Like creating a podcast with your bros, no preplanning, just talking
>i don't even know why are they here but add them
Well, its the idea of being a Marx vs being a Lenin. Marx, smart guy, not physically fit, lazy, slept all day. Lenin, smart but also fit, active, fiseek

Admittedly that's funny

> Marx, smart guy, not physically fit, lazy, slept all day.

dude had like a million malaises from working all night and smoking like a chimney, his eyes would bulge and he wouldn't be able to read, had liver disease and apparently excruciating boils would constantly erupt on his skin. I mean he was truly a sigma grindset dude, probably one of the most sigma grindset dudes that have ever existed.

And for him, thats ok. He was a writer, not a fighter. But it seems we have too many of those now a days. And the stuff people write nowadays isn't worthy of wiping your ass with. So why not get more Lenins. Some more Maos. Hell, I'd take a Trotsky.

blame our school system. Adults think that youth is supposed to be spent exclusively in academia, that worldly/physical things are bad bcuz "muh innocence."

Its kinda true. They still have the physical education classes, so its not like they have given up completely. But if you look deeply into any of them, they are glorified daycare. Like they didn't really test you. They don't really push you. Most people would be just standing around at worst or playing a sport at best. The latter isn't the worst, and is probably good. But you don't really need a class for it. And by the end of it, they expect you to pass some test that they haven't prepared for you

 No.18326

>>18325
Yea but alot of PE os jist organized sports. And too many rules. Theres no real free play.

Also, theres no worldly education, as in finances, courting, mechanics, etc.

 No.18327

>>18326
I would say that is true. The closest to that free play was primary/elementary school, since there wasn't as much social stigma of doing random shit. But again, its very limited, both via rules and via location. Like if you live in a rural area, its probably easier to be able to do free play compared to if you live in a city, where you have a lot of pavement, so more rules so they don't hurt one another
>worldly education, as in finances, courting, mechanics, etc.
That is true. You are encouraged to just take classes that will help you with college, and doesn't really help you with actually experiencing the real world. Which its difficult since, how many people, even those close to young adulthood, really want to learn that? And when you have only so many slots in a day when it comes to classes, you will be more selective on what electives you choose. So its up to the parents to teach you, and thats a coin toss on whether they can or not

>So its up to the parents to teach you, and thats a coin toss on whether they can or not

Most parents dont.

They lack the time, patience, or skills. Thats why school is compulsory.

Whats really depressing is that adults seem to willfully ignoe the limitstions of recreational possibilities of childhood thanks to school.

Adults always think that school is easier and treat academia as a moral compass for young people. Yet, when adults are asked about their school days, all they talk about is their teenage escapades.
They dont care about alhevra, spave, geography, etc.

Im fact, adults get annoyed when discussng academics. They only care about old school pop culture, money, politics, and sex.

 No.18329

>>18327
I hoesntly believe that mass shootings, teen suicide, arrested development are befitting to a capitalist society because markerters make profit by appealing to vicarious sentiment of childhood innocence.Compulsory schooling is the key imgredient.

Adolescence is limbo/purgatory that needs to be abolished or greatly reduced.

the style definitely resembled a self help book by an amateur writer. It's filled with irrelevant fluff that in this style is probably just there to give a little ethos boost to the author. I don't think it really adds anything but it fits the style so as a satire it works.

You have many grammatical errors, and i'd urge you to give this pdf to a literate friend of yours to proof-read, so they can point out all the passages with weird phrasing or messed up punctuation. Try to put a noun and a verb in each sentence. When you ramble (presumably for a hook?) keep your point in mind and don't seem like you're rambling.

I agree with the first anon who said to either make this a poster (for the purpose of actually spreading good info some people need on food, exercise, hygiene, sleep, and i'd add in skincare and mental health self-care tbh cause u know ppl are out there not having enough mental health lol) or an actual book where u go into more depth. But tbh i take it as it is, it's a funny little project. Idk, it is what it is but you should polish it up some so it doesnt come off like its written by an illiterate or an elementary school student.
