>surface web nest for feds And leftypol isn't? What's the difference?
The one shit thing about their forums is that it has been predominantly lolberts & crackhead conservative hobos shilling for whoever politician promises to decriminalize or legalize drugs (as if that ever happened after they voted).
Ignoring the politics of the forums and their post-9/11 schizophrenia, it's a neat place.

Don't know how much validity to whatever he says there is. Although I've heard its influenced the Spore Liberation Front a lot. Which is cool.

If there's actual mycologists ITT, how viable is it to introduce particular types of fungi to an area if the climate and soil are suitable? Not necessarily psychoactive types.

Lotsa books on this thread. Would share the some pdfs aswell, but I can't find any of these two David Arora works (picrel). Physical copies were worth buying Imo.
>>40484>Spore Liberation FrontI wish they could be more popular. They're sort of like niche sections of Earth First.
Find it pretty sad how many anarchists are opposed to shrooms and psychadelics because of some hardline straight edge assholes.

Ironically, I was not yet eating those mushroom bars when this thread was created. I had no idea this thread existed when I posted on /b/. Or equivalent I should say.
You guys do actually get the reference right? For Lenin was a mushroom. Although I think that it takes a certain experience dealing with Slavs particularly Russians begin to get "mushroom cultural experience."
>>40148Slavic experience. There is a reason why Hamilton went to Eastern Europe. That stated I still think that picking wild mushrooms without knowing what you're doing and getting spore prints is literally the dumbest most dangerous thing you possibly can do, literally more insane than doing smack not knowing how much fentanyl is in it. There's so many false friends out there and I wish to God I could just go and pick some psychoactive one but basically a lot of fucking toxic mushrooms look very much like good ones and I have zero reason to do so.

I gave OP's book a read and now I'm excited for picking edible mushrooms. last year was actually a great mushroom year but I didn't pick any. neighbors did though
best tip from the book is probably to cut the stems of mushrooms rather than ripping them out of the ground, so as to not disturb the mycelium, in the hopes of a new mushroom growing in place of the old one. this can be used for "farming" ceps if I understand correctly. I've come across a few on my land that were infested with maggots, but if I farm them and get to them within three or so days when the new mushroom has grown then there's a chance of beating the flies
>>40810the episode where Hamilton Morris goes to eastern Europe and meets that amanita guy is pretty great
the key to picking shrooms is to know what the confusable species are

just dropping in to say growing and breeding mushrooms was the most satisfying hobby i've ever had. I hope to do it again one day.

>>40398I miss 420chan for the reason that I feel it was a lot quicker to identify mushrooms on there than shroomery, even the ones that weren't psilocybin mushrooms. I feel like there were some genuine mycologists on there despite the sea of retards.
