If you are charismatic you could try to run for local office or set up a group of some kind.

If you are loaded with cash, you can fund a mutual aid group and teach others how to make money.

If you are an engineer, you can tutor others in technological skills and use your engineering to aid some group or take direct action yourself.

If you are spiritual, you can be a shining beacon for others who have lost their way and more!

Find the best org. I did this by talking to union groups at the Palestine rallies and asking which socialist orgs actually work with them.
Volunteer for the org.

Step 1: Join an org
Step 2: Ask the same question again to those people who actually do anything rather than waste their time posting online about how it doesnt do anything
Step 3: If no good answer is given, then:
Step 4a: Join a different org, go to step 1
Step 4b: If no different org exists, start a reading group with said org, try to put some things into practice, see what works.

If you want to run for office, join a socialist organization and run on the basis of what you learn from your theoretical study. Look at what the Bolsheviks did and how their representatives acted in the Tsarist Duma.

No one really knows otherwise we'd already have a strong commie foundation in most of the modern world. The reality is that capitalist systems violently opress pro-revolutionists of the left kind so you can't meaningfully advocate for politicial uprising of a working class without putting a target on your back. Most people are retarded and only know about leftism through liberal and conservative state propaganda. That being said. Go out. Find a communist organization that isn't trying to sell your newspapers or books but actively gets out there protesting with the workers. Get involved with local politics and look out whether your communist organization is involved with that. If not, don't bother with them. You first gotta fix what you can before you can take on the world. Educate your friends and family by gifting them a commie book for christmas or birthday. Get eductated yourself and try having a higher industry job because there is enough leftist theorists in the world.
