There's some outline of the main factions-the Stalinist natlib Viet Minh, actual "Trots" that split from or opposed early the Indochinese communist party and were killed early, and proletarian and communist elements that were eliminated more slowly later.
The last two, read critically. Ngo Van is a good primary source but has Trotskyist and anti-party erroneous positions.
