The slaveowners believe in a religion that condones slavery, so there will be no Abraham Lincoln figure there. As soon as slaves start making a fuss, they will be deported, so troublemakers cannot start a revolt.

They aren't majority slaves. Its around 20% who can't leave and not paid and another 20% who can leave but are severely underpaid. There are laws in the UAE that basically prevent companies from using the same workers for 10-20 years so eventually they get sent back and a new wave of immigrants come in and do all the shit jobs again.

There will be no revolution. UAE's migrant population and deportation after no longer being useful (usually takes a decade or two for this to happen) means revolutionary thought will die fast when they get deported. The UAE has its own version of PRISM and NSA and they do a good job of quashing anything that is hostile to their government and economy and religion.

recently they've been diversyinf their economy exactly for this reason, they've realized that if they eventually run out of oil money it will be a catastrophy.
wether the diversification works or not it is too early to see but it is for certain that later down the line these workers will ask for more rights

No it doesn't. It just doesn't condemn it explicitly in the Quran but many of the early Muslims were freed slaves. You people have to distinguished between the behavior of Muslims and Arabs culture from Islam. Most schools of jurisprudence condemn slavery

At least they think that Dubai will have its secession due to its huge population of foreigners.
The only thing that makes it a bit harder for a revolution due to the laws of how expats see themselves as foreigners just here to work and go back, or work until they can move to Western countries. Most don't have the idea that they might stay and live there for their entire lives, and so they see it as an opportunity to make a better living than back home.
Also, there is enough racism among the mix of foreigners to make idpol be a vital tool against it.

However, you gotta look into the geopolitics and how the UAE is a vassal state of Western interests in the region. The UAR is whoring itself for the West to get any speck of recognition and admiration, it's quite nauseating to watch.
