Seems like Iran's allies who are geographically closer are also launching UAVs and missiles in sync so that they arrive around the same time as the ones launched from Iranian territory.
This is coordinated and given the scale of it and how many actors are involved, also a pretty big intelligence failure on part of Israel and the US.
